What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Because orchids are sensitive to temperature extremes, we cannot leave arrangements unattended outdoors. If no one is available, we will contact you to reschedule within 24 hours. For estate clients, we can coordinate with building staff or property managers with prior authorization.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday deliveries are available with same-day ordering before noon. Sunday deliveries are reserved for private estate clients and event installations by appointment only. Nationwide shipments do not ship on Thursday or Friday to avoid weekend warehouse delays.

Do you deliver to apartments and high-rises?
Absolutely. Our specialists are experienced with high-rise deliveries throughout Palm Beach, Miami, and Boca Raton. We coordinate with doormen, freight elevators, and building management. Please include your unit number and any access instructions at checkout.

What if my orchid is damaged in transit?
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement with priority delivery. All shipments are fully insured, and claims are processed within 24 hours — no questions asked.
