Do you deliver outside of Palm Beach?
We offer same-day delivery throughout Palm Beach County.

How do I care for my orchid after delivery?
Every arrangement includes a detailed care guide. For ongoing support, our concierge team is available for questions, and we offer bi-weekly in-home grooming services for estate clients.

Can I request a custom orchid arrangement?
Yes, bespoke commissions are our specialty. Whether for a private residence, yacht salon, or corporate space, our Master Horticulturists will design a living sculpture tailored to your space, light conditions, and aesthetic preferences.

What is your replacement policy?
If your orchid dies within 7 days of delivery, we replace it free of charge. Between 7-14 days, we offer replacement at 30% off the original price. All claims require photos of the plant.
